The President of RSA

Part 1

 
On the 10 May 1994, Nelson Mandela became the first ever black president of South Africa. He was the first ever democratically elected president of South Africa. A billion people world wide watched this historical moment. The inauguration took place in Pretoria in front of 4000 guests. The inauguaration, they elected de Klerk as the first deputy and Thabo Mbeki as the second. He and his deputy  helped the country end the arpartheid system.

  1. I think Nelson Mandela did an incredible job being our president in 1994-1999 because he fought for he's right and got us all out of the apartheid system! He treated everyone fairly no matter what race they are .
